If you wish to return an order or part of an order please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the order. If we have made an error in manufacturing your order (standard or custom) we will replace it free of charge or refund your money. If we have not made an error, there is a 20% restocking charge for standard products and the shipping cost will be non refundable.
